Example Use Case: Electronics Store

Imagine you operate a growing electronics and accessories store through Shoopy.

To run things smoothly and securely, you decide to onboard your team using the Users & Roles feature:

Role for Admin, Catalog Manager, Delivery Boy. Displays full access, product management, delivery updates.
  • As the business owner overseeing overall operations, you assign yourself the Admin role with full access.

  • Your product manager regularly updates listings, descriptions, and stock levels — they get the Catalog Manager role.

  • A logistics coordinator is responsible for updating delivery statuses — they are assigned the Delivery Boy role.

  • Your finance officer tracks daily sales, payouts, and generates billing reports — they take the Billing Manager role.

  • A marketing associate manages store banners, SEO tags, and promotional links — they’re given the Marketing Manager role.

This setup ensures every team member has the access they need — no more, no less — promoting both productivity and data security.
